## Project Status

- IDR
- Bug fixed for plate & annotations idr0133, release next week
- Archiving studies to new storage. Start with small study for test
- Search UI work ongoing.

- Bio-Formats/OMERO
- ZarrReader deps sorted - looking good for OMERO release
- Improve build etc to avoid issues in future
- JM: OMERO 5.6.5 artifacts ready & tested. We are switching to [RTD](https://omero.readthedocs.io/en/stable/)
- Readthedocs ready for docs switch with release
- Follow same path for Bio-Formats docs too in future
- Jason: ZarrReader version not tied to OME-NGFF spec version? (No) Expect questions from community.
- maven vv gradle vv ivy - all have different deps resolution. Plan to remove ivy use in future

- NGFF
- Some discussion on many-fields per Well - performance issues
- PlateLabels fixes ongoing
- Validation

- Glencoe
- Large OME-TIFF performance - file-handle issues with certain types of files
- isyntax conversion tools to be upgraded to latest OME-NGFF spec
- Erin - coordination on release announcement for ZarrReader etc with Glencoe

- Community
- Jason: meeting to discuss community support with German bio-imaging
- Community meeting (virtual) - 3 days, different themes
- large scale public repos, analysis etc.
- June: week of 14th November
- Meeting theme "VL OMERO" 'very large'

- UoD upgrades tomorrow 7:30. Services outage
