- IDR (Frances)
- EBI storage issues. Blocked on public & private side
- NGFF update: some initial testing by IDR team on idr-testing yesterday. One issue found with check_pixels.py script, fixed in ZarrReader PR.
- idr0138 [import without chunks](https://github.com/IDR/idr0138-lohoff-seqfish/issues/1#issuecomment-1798394854) not looking good

- OMERO
- Ansible deployment on RHEL9: all roles ready. Mostly merged and published. Expected to all be done by end of week or early next week. To be used for deploying Indonesia server.
- Working on installation docs

- Bio-Formats

- NGFF

- GerBI (Tom)
- working on KVP scripts. Happy to present in a week or two.
