## Project Status

- IDR (Frances):
- EBI transfer storage: Seb working on public side, waiting on permissions change. Write access to private storage has been agreed
- fileset.zarr.bfoptions file looking good in ZarrReader. Adding option to create that in mkngff tool

- OMERO
- OMERO.web release 5.23.0 last week (Django 4.0, python 3.8)
- Next: look at python 3.11 support in web
- OMERO.figure PRs from RemyDornier. Few merged and ready to release, later this week
- Open Doc PRs installation instructions of OMERO on RHEL 9/Ubuntu 22.04
- Start merging and tagging ansible-role. We will use the tagged version to deploy Indonesia server
- Docs - TODO: add warnings page for CentOS7

- Bio-Formats
- ZarrReader (see above)
- PR reviews yesterday: 7.1.0 planned for mid December. Melissa's work (open PRs) and some external work

- NGFF
- ZEP2 (sharding codec) moving forward. Some exciting last minute discussions. Voting closing today. Some responses missing - will keep trying.
- 2 more or less active Zarr workgroups (refactoring & benchmarking). Releases unclear.
- Workflow hackathon next week: Mon-Thurs, in Zürich. OME-Zarr used in workflows.
- SpatialData & standardization. Docs etc needed for community

- GerBI (Tom)
- working with Annotations - loading from various sources. May open some PRs

- Glencoe (Chris)
- team at SBI2 now
- Followed by Glencoe con later this week
- Emil and Andreas looking at filtering in OMERO.web

- Community
- Petr & Dom travelling to Barcelona next week
- EastBIO coming up
