## Project Status

(2-3 minutes each)

- IDR
- next release prep: idr0161: already on idr-next.
- Will also include idr0163 multiplex. Currently being imported.
- Also include mapr replacement with searchengine
- Estimate release mid December.

- OMERO JM:
- release last week.
- Redirects in place: docs, downloads etc. nginx.
- Build with Java 11.
- Andreas: omero-web release last Wednesday
- JM: updating all apps to comply with naming (PEP)
- Will: releasing OMERO.web apps. omero-iviewer 0.15.0. Also idr-gallery and omero-mapr for IDR.
- Will: omero-figure release at some point.
- JM: Oracle Java no-longer permitted at UoD for building dmg for Insight. Not urgent to use latest Bio-Formats on client (mainly used for used-files)

- Bio-Formats Melissa
- Good review of open PRs yesterday. Plan to tidy up before end of the year.
- release of ome-codecs component TBD: shouldn't affect other parts.

- NGFF
- Will: reiviewing libs https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/issues/407

- GerBI

- Glencoe Chris:
- Team at CBIAS (Crick) now
- Customer interest in "super multiplex" with 200 channels! Reviewing support in web etc. Data is in OME-TIFF.

- Petr: Outreach on 4th Dec EastBIO and 6th December Brno (CEITECH)https://www.openmicroscopy.org/events/workshops-brno-december-2024.html.
