- IDR
- idr0147 Mouse kidney
- search engine improvements
- NGFF Fileset swaps - Josh's scripts to work on Fileset swaps, using Fileset ID and name.zarr (and s3 mount path) - Will to provide table of those inputs
- Upcoming meeting with BIA team cf. NGFF storage

- OMERO/infra
- Merge-ci is back, public access
- Improving workflow so we can swap CI
- C7+scl python 3.8, short to medium term
- PRs omero-py, omero-web, omero-common and openmicroscopy opened to fix some issues
- Looking at replacing it by Rocky Linux 9 as previously mentioned. (Depends on UoD IT too)
- coming release of java components starting from omero-model now that the CI issue is behind us
- Andreas - looking at Django 4.2 update
- Will - merge-ci not Django 4.0 yet - CSRF issue on update from Django 3.2

- Bio-Formats
- upcoming release - will be minor release instead of patch - deprecate Woolz reader
- will follow shortly with major release to remove Woolz reader

- Seb: would be good to include histogram changes in upcoming server releases. Also to update webclient to support histograms on big images
