## Project Status

- IDR:
- Datasets: next release will contain 3 studies (3 viruses) from 1 publication. End of this month
- "Exploring IDR" videos from Petr, now on IDR front page

- Bio-Formats:
- ZarrReader ongoing, last few issues

- NGFF
- Units - diversion between OME-NGFF spec and OME.xml
- Metadata testing
- pick a set of Datasets
- find storage
- convert to Zarr using known version of bioformats2raw, compare etc
- test in Fiji, cli tools for BF - show-inf etc.
- start with OME-TIFFs from download pages
- GBI workshop tomorrow. For beginners, Fiji-based
- Call for public data (other that IDR and EMBL)
- Testing on-going
- Napari and Data issues so far.
