- IDR
- prod101 released today: idr0101 (in-situ sequencing) & idr0116 (EM)
- Over 100 million 2D planes now in IDR
- Fixed links to idr-analysis
- Jason: seeing more sequencing in imaging

- NGFF
* OME-Zarr/Python:
- Labels - napari changed format for labels.properties
- Need more regular testing
- Dom: export of multiple 'collections' of images
- performance issues
* OME-Zarr/Java:
- JSON parsing: inconsistent handling of doubles
- Spec updates: ZarrReader v0.2 & v0.3 support
- URLs in test suite
- issues loading remote s3 URLs
- Bio-formats doesn't like to open directories
- Must be named .zarr
- ngff paper nominally accepted
- reduced word count

- Glencoe
- ngff: jpeg2000 codec released for zarr
- axes in napari - channel needs to be last dimension for interleaved rgb
- isyntax-to-raw used for testing
- Melissa: new file formats support coming (Dicom)
