## Project Status

- IDR (Frances)
- released prod127 last Thurs with 3 new studies idr0156, idr0160, idr0164 and a metadata fix (species, idr0157)

- OMERO
- OMERO.server (Seb)
- fix for configuring binary policy at the group level
- enabling [CodeQL](https://codeql.github.com/) analysis engine scanning for vulnerability across all OMERO server components
- will also scan PRs and flags any issues
- dependency upgrades in OMERO server components (Spring 4.3.x, echache 2.x, quartz 2.x, dom4j 2.x). Testing instructions being added to the individual Pull Requests.
- E.g. LDAP testing is not covered by integration tests
- Petr: merge-ci not suitable for LDAP tests
- OMERO.web: nothing new this week

- Bio-Formats (Melissa)
- Good discussion and open PR review yesterday.
- Trying to get 8.2.0 out soon (hopefully next week)

- NGFF
- Petr: OME2025 follow-up work.. Looking at Biofile Finder as possible usage in IDR, submission workflow or for display of published data.
