- IDR (Seb)
- Search released :tada: releasing rolling improvements
- not announced yet - still testing performance etc.
- only accessible from idr.openmicroscopy.org (no change in webclient)
- notebooks updated, e.g. HPA searches now working e.g. https://github.com/IDR/idr-notebooks/blob/master/humanmine.ipynb
- Next: remove mapr searches
- Feedback to https://github.com/IDR/idr-gallery/issues/
- Seb: storage
- FIRE "not fit for purpose" for IDR
- s3 might be viable alternative... needs testing
- JM: idr0125 accepted but not imported etc in time for their publication - placeholder page

- OMERO
- Josh: community trying Docker deploys a lot - needing help.

- Jetraw PR to add support. Not quite ready yet. Push release back a bit. Decision next week

- PR review - assigned to milestones, reviewers etc.

- How to include zip
- Link to multiple storage locations, e.g. try to load from "fast" storage, if it fails, link from other
