## Project Status

- IDR
- idr-next currently spinning up.
- Will include one study idr0170 (imaging mass spectrometry)
- Point out on social media that submitter did zarr conversion.

- OMERO
- Looking into omero-py release (bugfix).
- OMERO.web: Have to look into security issue. Should be straightforward fix. JM: Do we need security-ci? Not much time to spin up ci. - Not necessary.
- Petr: Input needed for qupath discussion from Seb. Seb: Drafting response.

- Bio-Formats
- Quiet week. Issue with repo test build fixed by Seb. Working on 8.3.0.

- NGFF
- bioformats2raw: [PR](https://github.com/glencoesoftware/bioformats2raw/pull/279) open for support of <5D (collapse dimensions).
- registration:
- expanding testing resources (found bugs) including data on Google Cloud (it works!).
- working on v3 support in Zarr pixels buffer. Libraries (jzarr, zarr-java) discussion when we have a prototype in place (Josh to contact Norman)

- ome-zarr-py
- testing changes using ome-zarr-models (https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/461) v4 support. Work on v5 still ongoing.

- Going to present current work on NGFF community call, also on Tuesday meeting before (later in August)

- GerBI

- Glencoe
- Chris: Not much else to what already been discussed.
- Erin: Going through trademark renewals, omero logos. Input welcome.
