## Project Status

- IDR
- Release planned for today, problem identified with Cell Lines in mapr and Gallery
- The problem is not a regression, but will postpone release and make decision during this week
- EBI transfer storage: Seb waiting for permissions request completion
- NGFF conversion: David: Zarr reader in good shape, few issues to be ironed out - to coordinate with Will
- J-M: Zarr reader changes made are tailor-made for the IDR data - not necessarily for vanilla OMERO

- OMERO
- release of OMERO.server (5.6.9) and omero-py (5.16.1)
- Tested deployment of OMERO.server and web on RHEL 9
- Finishing ansible roles then test roles on RHEL 9 VM
- devspace updated to rocky9 (Java 11, Python 3.9, nginx. 1.24, postgres 16), currently running on a pilot (EBI) to be tested on RHEL 9 after ansible test

- Bio-Formats
- patch release at the beginning of next week

- NGFF
- Chris: spec version3 writing
- Melissa: Investigation in Zarr Java
- Melissa: Also having a fork of JZarr, separate from Zarr Java

- GerBI

- Glencoe
- Upgrade of OMERO vs new installs - changes in upgrading docs upcoming - large jumps in series of dependecies when migrating from CentOS7 -> Rocky Linux 9 or Ubuntu 18.04 -> Ubuntu 22.04
- Main problem with OpenSSL
