## Project Status

- IDR
- EBI transfer, public data all copied over
- download instructions updated on website
- private side still blocked, expect progress on Thurs
- NGFF: discussed next steps this morning
- Seb to spin-up idr-next
- ZarrReader final changes (bfoptions tweaks) and get PRs merged by Friday
- Will to run sql mkngff scripts on idr-next
- Install released ZarrReader and start memo file regeneration - NGFF data first, then the rest
- import idr0138 over Christmas
- Ready to test in New Year

- OMERO
- Finalizing the Docker-web image (Rocky 9) so we can distribute omero-web (Python 3.8 is now the minimum)
- Andreas: will follow that up with release

- Bio-Formats
- 7.1.0 Release
- Starting release next Monday after formats meeting
- Live walkthrough/training. Anyone interested in participating or following along is welcome to join

- NFDI Hackathon (incl. GerBI) OMERO & ARC
- Neuroglancer & OMERO-Zarr, testing omero-web-zarr. Got viewer working (once CORS issues resolved etc.)
- ARC as another directory format - export from OMERO to ARC. Metadata and Excell spreadsheets. Needs concrete use cases.
- (and some REMBI fund thrown in) Also needs use cases.

- Josh: organise Files by hierarchy? Chris: would be nice to improve management, e.g finding orphaned FileAnnotations is hard.

- Tables: managing discussions around approaches for expanding PyTables usage with OMERO.tables
