# How to get Fellowship Salary


The following must be fulfilled in order to reap payout for a salary cycle. If one step fails, it could be that you already did it. Just try the next one:

- At least Rank I
- You imported yourself into the Fellowship (`FellowshipCore.import`).
- You inducted yourself into the Salary Pallet (`FellowshipSalary.induct`)

You need to wait until the next registration starts if you just inducted yourself (15-30 days) before proceeding:
- The Salary Cycle was started by anyone (`FellowshipSalary.bump`).
- You registered for this Salary Cycle (`FellowshipSalary.register`)
- 👉 This must be repeated at the beginning of every cycle!
- Now you can do (`FellowshipSalary.payout`) after the registration period of the cycle is over.

The payout will arrive on your Polkadot **Asset Hub** account in USDT tokens. You should see a transfer transaction on the [Salary Pot](https://assethub-polkadot.subscan.io/account/13w7NdvSR1Af8xsQTArDtZmVvjE8XhWNdL4yed3iFHrUNCnS?tab=transfer) account towards your AH account.
