Track owners set up and introduce speakers, manage the Q&A after each presentation and make sure sessions run on time.
Before the conference
- We will need your email associated with Zoom account you are going to use.
And your hours of availability. Please fill this form.

- Make sure you are a host of the webinar
- Find the speakers bio here
- You can discuss with the speaker how they want to be introduced
- The schedule will be up soon, stay tuned!
During the conference
To set up a speaker make sure
- All your speakers updated to the latest version of Zoom
- A speaker promoted to the panelist in case it's not done automatically
Image Not Showing
Possible Reasons
- The image file may be corrupted
- The server hosting the image is unavailable
- The image path is incorrect
- The image format is not supported

- A speaker can share their screen
- A speaker turn on their video and audio

- A speaker turn off their notifications (slack, messager, skype and whatnot)
- All panelists and you turn off video and mute before the speaker's started
To introduce a speaker
- Feel free to improvise and cheer up the crowd!! <3
To manage the Q&A session
- If have time, read the questons from the Q&A section, check slack channels for questions
- When it's time to wrap up please share the link to another room where attendees can talk to a speaker (will be provided). Make sure the speaker goes there too.
- Optionally. Downgrade the speaker from the panelists
