# Instruction for track owners. Scale By The Bay
Thank you for helping us make the conference awesome!
That's a great opportunity to connect with speakers :)
Track owners set up and introduce speakers, manage the Q&A after each presentation and make sure sessions run on time.
The simple algorithm is
0. Connect to Zoom meeting
1. Introduce speaker
2. Check channel for questions and convey them to the speaker
3. Invite everyone to q&a room and the hallway track
4. Show the slide with the next talk
5. Repeat
## Before the conference
1. Book your time slot.
2. Find the schedule [here](https://www.scale.bythebay.io/schedule), make sure you know who you are going to introduce
3. Participate in a [test call](https://calendly.com/oli_kitty/test-call-speaker?month=2020-10&date=2020-10-13)
3. Register in our [Discord](https://discord.gg/RSAApz8) and connect with your speakers
4. Please discuss with your speakers how they want to be introduced and whether they want to answer the questions during the talk
## During the conference

2. A speaker can share their screen
3. A speaker turn on their video and audio
