Track owners set up and introduce speakers, manage the Q&A after each presentation and make sure sessions run on time.
The simple algorithm is
Book your time slot.
Find the schedule here, make sure you know who you are going to introduce
Participate in a test call
Register in our Discord and connect with your speakers
Please discuss with your speakers how they want to be introduced and whether they want to answer the questions during the talk
All your speakers updated to the latest version of Zoom
A speaker can share their screen
A speaker turn on their video and audio
A speaker turn off their notifications (slack, messager, skype and whatnot)
All panelists and you turn off video and mute before the speaker's started
Check discord channels for questions
When it's time to wrap up please share the link to another room (Q&A) where attendees can talk to a speaker (will be provided). Make sure the speaker goes there too.
Don't forget to show the slide with the next talk (will be provided)
