(Not including workshops and coaching sessions) How do you feel about how you're getting along compared to the rest of your group? Do you feel further ahead or falling behind at all? > [name=D Sofer]Some of these are questions that I tend to ask every week (e.g. where are you on fCC, how much time are you spending &c.). I am also using the review questions not just to ask questions (because I already have a good idea of where they are at), but to set goals and, where necessary, to add a bit of realism. Also, to ask questions that I cannot in a group setting, like if they are happy with their group.
