## Prepare Mentors
- Assign mentoring weeks (send airtable for preference of week || Partner)
- Create Mentoring CoC with FAC19

Assign teams - things to be aware of:
- Gender balance
- Technical ability
- Everyone will work with everyone
Outline a clear document for how students should participate on Zoom (raised hands, breakout rooms, asking for help...)
Outline a clear document for how guests (speakers, etc.) should use Zoom (wait 10s after Q's, ...)
Review Day One Schedule
- Update final hour of Monday to be our new inclusivity talk
- Update talks on fac-slide-kit
## Speakers
Reach out to those who are less well repsented in Tech first.
Fill about half of the lots for weeks 1-8 before you reach out to those who are well represented.
Yvonne & Gregor to compile a list of three waves of contacts.
## Pastoral Care
CF to source four pastoral care mentors
CF to arrange a weekly debrief with four mentors
