Outline a clear document for how guests (speakers, etc.) should use Zoom (wait 10s after Q's, ...) Review Day One Schedule - Update final hour of Monday to be our new inclusivity talk - Update talks on fac-slide-kit ## Speakers Reach out to those who are less well repsented in Tech first. Fill about half of the lots for weeks 1-8 before you reach out to those who are well represented.
