Preference submission (5 mins) ---  --- ## Intro ---- For each project, we'll hear a one-minute summary from someone who met the Product Owner. ---- Focus on what the project is about and the qualities of the product owner. --- ## Team Discussions ---- In breakout rooms with your team, discuss your top preferences. ---- You may like to each decide your top 3 before discussing as a group. ---- Be conscious not to push for your preferences over others. Give everyone opportunity to speak. ----  ---- Focus on Product Owners over ideas. ---- Do they know the problem well? ---- Who are the users? Does the PO know them? ---- What does the PO hope to acheive in the long term? ---- What would the PO do after the MVP has been built? ---- What are their expectations? ---- Would you be happy to present this project with them? ----  --- ## What makes a good Product Owner? ---- Clarity of Vision ---- Responsiveness ---- Attention to Detail ---- Empathy with Users ---- Authority ---- Domain Expertise --- ## Preference submission ---- Each team should submit a list of 5 projects (in no order) their team would be happy to work on to Gregor via a Slack DM. ---- If you're not able to choose today, let me know. ---- Deadline for choices is End of Day on Thursday. ---- I cannot guarantee any projects. ---- I shall endeavour to give each team one of their five choices. --- ## Let's go! ----
