## Today's activity
Explore developers' portfolio sites, make a list of bits you like
----
Make a list of the bare minimum requirements for what you want people to find when they get there
----
Create a website plan:
- Where will you deploy it? (Netlify is a good option)
- What is the look and feel of your site? Professional, fun, simple, complex etc
- What elements do you want and where will it go?
- How will you display your portfolio and contact details?
- What [vanity URL](https://www.namecheap.com/) could you get?
----
**Side note**
You can treat your portfolio site as a 'live' CV. Anyone (including Dan) who has a link to your site will always have the most up to date info about what you've been doing. If you ever want to write a blog, create a YouTube series or host a podcast, this is also the perfect place to store your content.
