### Spec and web page renaming
- Is there a formal process to rename the WG? Nancy - notify Gail and Mike?
- Does it trigger an IPR agreement change?
- Atul to ask Gail / Mike about this change and notify of the change
- Spec name change should be done after the Streams PR is merged in

- Quote stripping happening in the tool (also has happeend in the CAEP spec)
