# Meeting Notes 2025-04-15 ## Attendees * Jeff Lombardo * Gert Drapers * George Fletcher * Victor Lu * Alex Olivier * Gerry Gebel * Omri Gazitt * David Brossard * Vladi Berger * Alex Babeanu * Michiel Trimpe * Elie Azerad * Ronnie Quan * Atul Tulshibagwale ## Agenda - Review latest on the Identiverse interop - https://hackmd.io/RtM2PNfbTs-J8X_1CZeRsQ?view - Update on Partial Evaluation draft ## Notes - A short update on open issues, the chairs are allocating more time to triage the list and only bring items worthy of further discussion to the working group calls Interop demo - ALex O showed the first version of the demo app - Policies were updated this morning and will be reflected in next version of the document - User data will also be added - Payload data for requests and responses will also be added - Pagination is not being used for the interop Partial Evaluation - The subgroup met in the last week with Jeff and Darrin of AWS. - Notes from the call were sent to the WG email list - Ucast was brought up as a possible model to follow, but it was decided not too: note from Styra below: - Yup there was no formal definition of the ucast syntax but there was an implicit one. I spent a lot of time documenting it. The benefits we weighed when going down this route was very similar to the AuthZen one: standardizing on an “open source” response format that we can build out integrations to in the most common languages/frameworks/ORMs. Thanks, Chris Styra - GD opens line of questioning around complexity and how generic this API can be. The output we will produce must be subsequently be translated into the filter. - After much discussion, David and Vladi will meet again tomorrow to finalize the partial evaluation proposal. We will review this material next week and decide whether it will be part of the final 1.0 spec
