• Roland's changes will be deferred to next call when he is here

• Victor brought up the topic of DataOps and how to apply authorization to data systems
• We discussed that this is where partial evaluation can be applied to data resources
• It is up to the open source databases, commercial databases or authZ vendors to implement the APIs defined by this group
