- What is the process for this?
- What are the steps to get to a final spec?

## Notes
- Review of idea behind pushing forward with implementer's draft
- Group agreed that nothing more is needed in the basic spec
- Must factor the current API spec to just be the simple permit-deny evaluation
- No one has updated the spec yet - need to assign this work
- Omri provides summary of the other subgroup activities
- Alex suggests that search is a higher priority
- Should be able to tackle this soon after the boxcar work is complete, which is not a controversial topic (so far)

- May 21: meeting will take place
- May 28 and June 4: cancel due to Identiverse and EIC
- June 11: resume calls
- June 18: first call that is later in the day for APAC convenience

- Discussion about how long a decision is valid for. Max Time To Live? Single use? Caching (what? where?).
