## About me

Passionate localization project manager with 6 years at Ubisoft, ensuring high-quality translations and seamless game experiences across global markets. Proven track record in performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative data management for localization. Strong expertise in AAA and mobile game localization, WWISE integration, and quality assurance. Open to new challenges in game localization, production, or related fields.

I study French and French literature in Heilongjiang Univercity where I obtain my bachelor degree in the year 2010. With this skill set of foreign languages, French and English, I have experienced various professionals in my career path.

I love stories. And I think that's the reason why I am a big fan of novels, manga, anime, films, TV series and video games, just like the others. Through different methods of narratives, those contents bring us experiences where people find happiness, anger, sorrow, and joy. Nothing can compare to a good story that is everlasting in our memories.

Now I am working as a project manager who leads key client @IT consultis. Here is my introduction according to our company's credentials.

I joined 31ten only for 2 months during Summer for the production of an e-commerce website under Magento framework.

Here I have a more profound access to web technology, mostly PHP open source projects using `WordPress`, `Magento`, and `Laravel`.

I have been involved to WeChat project using WeChat API.

In 2015, I found a new opportunity to join a Chinese local agency that develops iOS & Android Mobile APP as well.

Because the CTO of the company Tony, who previously worked at Microsoft, he has great knowledge of infrastructure & tech stack. I learned a lot of basics for the technology from him such as `Git`, `API`,`History of Windows Operating System` `Azure Cloud Storage services`, etc.

In the year 2013, thanks to a friend - an iOS developer, whose name is Joey, I was introduced to me to a French application development studio Mobile Now. They were looking for a project manager who can speak Chinese, English, and French. At that time, the mobile application is a trend all over the world. I was very excited to join a production studio that develops iOS & Android application and games.

On the other hand, I can use my language skill to communicate with teammates from all over the world because the workmates come from different countries: Algeria, Belgium，China，Egypt，Finland, France, Spain, USA, etc. with different cultural backgrounds.

During these 3 years, by mostly learning from other PMs, designers and developers, also by reading & translating technical documentation, I have accumulated a full knowledge based on each stage of the workflow regarding digital project production: from conceptual idea towards to UI & UX design, then from development to launch to market eventually- iOS store & google market.

In Mobile Now, I start from scratch and develop myself into a digital project manager who mainly focuses on GTD - gets things done. My first years in project management were mainly focusing on task assignment & communication.

### Early stage

In the early years, among some of the graduates who studied a foreign language as a major in college, I found it quite difficult to define my role when I pursue my career in order to make a living. In order to get started, I select most of the positions according to the subjects that I am interested in.
