## Objective
Hoist the sails: Introduce the Tech Ship as a new entity in the Ocean Development Ecosystem and discuss the first steps

## Turtle Milestone (Q1) (WIP)

- Setup initial structure
- Organize planning and tools
- Define milestones and strategy
- Organize regular meetings

- Inform about current developments (beacon functionality)
- Communicate the role of the Tech Ship in the OP ecosystem

- Define the Ambassador strategy (voting, treasury, income)
