## Notes
### Ambassador Program
- Slow/no onboarding
- there is no communcation when it will happen
- Users are not added to the channels on Discord
- there is no crowdcast onaboarding at the moment (continuous onboarding)
- There is no transparency on the tasks of the ambassadors (outside of the ships)
- Onboard teams/projects and give them a head start using the ships

### Tech Podcast
- No time to deep dive into the tech stack
- Do not assume that they know too much about the Ocean tech stack yet
- Developers/Engeineer focused
- Use first principles (start easy and build upon this)
- Start easy and dive deep (during one episode)
- Rather focus on high quality than frequency (e.g. once a month)
