## Objective
Ocean Pearl Status Update and Tech Ship as an Incubator

## Agenda
- Silent Launch for Ocean Pearl
We want to launch the first version to deliver as promised. But we want to grow slowly and learn from dedicated user feedback. If the quality is high enough, we expect a natural growth of usage.
Dedicated marketing will begin once the financial situation is more stable to ensure ongoing development.

- Ocean Pearl as an independent project
Ocean Pearl is the first project that the Tech Ship incubated. We will keep supporting Ocean Pearl and be part of their core team. But we consider it an independent project.

- Tech Ship as an Incubator
We want to utilize the unique skill set of the tech ship and build a core team to help identify core problems of the Ocean Ecosystem and provide business solutions.
