## Discussion

### 1) Organization

Organization:
- Will be discussed in the Captain's Lounge meeting

Recrutment:
- Noé's helping onboarding more ambassadors
- We need a dedicated Ambassador email address to that end
- The process should be streamlined, no need to personally invite new Ambassadors to the "Inn" on Discord, only the joining of the Ships should be invitation-only
- Noelle can advertise about the process as need be through Twitter
- We also have the flexibility to hire external people for specific tasks/projects

### 2) Branding
The branding material presented by Adan has been widely praised.

The orange colour is well accepted, and considered a distinctive alternative to OP visual identity, yet still enabling recognition/family feeling.

Some doubts were raised re the logo, but cleared. We plan to ask the community about the choice of the 2 final *Ocean Ambassadors* logos.

### 3) Trello

Every Ambassador has the permission to provide inputs to the Trello board/cards - and should take the opportunity!
- Please everyone review these cards and adapt as you see fit
- Notably the website creation could be split into several tasks, from content creation to design, to implementation of the different components

We should also use a monthly tracking cycle for recurring activities (e.g. with a gSheet), rather than force fit them into a tool that is not perfectly suited (Trello)
