#### New Members

#### Oyster Development
- We have a new list called: Oyster Backlog
- We assigned all big tasks for Oyster to owners and supporters (3 cards are missing and will be assigned/discussed in the next call)
- There is an action overview for the [Shrimp Review](https://trello.com/c/gqLpOAmb) (which will be discussed next meeting)
- We will use start dates and due dates (when possible) for all cards
- Our internal deadline for Oyster is 21st of March
- Official launch of Oyster is 31st of March
#### User feedback for Shrimp
- Overall feedback is positive! It's easy to read and helpful. Here are the main points that we need to consider and improve:
- What is the motivation to finish the defi module? Think of rewards for completion (there was a certificate for ocean101)
- We need to proofread the content
- Content is considered a bit too long. We should think of a overall strategy to structure our content into small chunks.
- Landing page should contain more information about who, what, why

#### Ocean Academy and Ad Campaign Numbers Review (13th February)
- 400000 impressions on Twitter
- Spike of 784% of new visitors to Ocean Academy due to the OPF linkedIn and Twitter post
- Unique Visitors: 3745 (on the landing page for the last 90 days)
- Sign ups: 461 (12.3 % conversion rate. Our target was 10%)
- Certificates: 190 (41.2 % of all signed up users have finished ocean101)
