#### Next Steps
- Prepare Trello board for Oyster Development
- Write scripts to quickly get numbers for the ocean Academy (new signups, completition, etc)
- Define workflow for bug fixes
- Consider CI/CD and a dedicated test system for development
- Create a review plan for the Shrimp release
- Allocation of the rewards was postponed by a week to take in account the Shrimp review
- We will ask the community in Discord/Twitter if we should deploy the NFT contract or activate our Rinkeby implementation for now

#### Learnings from Project Shrimp
- Underestimated the work for content, development and coordination/management
- We worked together for the first time
- We had not full controll of the infrastructure (no quick access)
- We had to fix bugs in production (we need a test system)
- Communication with the comunity was non-existent (we need a dedicated communication strategy)
- Content review should happen way erlier and by dedicated contributors
- Actions should be formalized as Trello cards and Telegram should be used to link discussions to those actions not to introduce new ones
- Processes (feedback/review, content creation, development) should be further defined and standardized to align expectations
