What goes into the various pages under the /packages hierarchy?

## /packages/index.html

This is the main index page for all of the packages.
Should cotain:

- Search box for finding packages
- Information about opam
- Repository stats
- Recent changes
- Link to opam docs (somewhere under ocaml.org/documentation?)
