GB: Merged Grafana dashboard for cluster metrics (commit: https://github.com/oakestra/oakestra/pull/233 )

GB: Fixed GPU metrics from AMD64 architecture (commit:https://github.com/oakestra/oakestra/issues/236 )

GB: Better way to do GPU reporting will be to handle GPU bindings as plugins on `NodeEngine`.

NM: Might work well with Mahmoud thesis topic on plugins.

GB: Might need to merge Grafana dashboard with the main `Oakestra` dashboard.

NM: Lets create an issue.

GB: We need a application level log recording in Oakestra. Kubernetes does this from master node perspective. Maybe there is a better way to do this as offloading logs to `cluster manager` will be bad and can create a bottleneck.

NM: Is a logfile that the application itself is generating? or machine level within docker?

NM: Similar to DEBUG levels for kernels.

GB: Log current issue (https://github.com/oakestra/oakestra/issues/223) it needs to be extended.
