Office 365 Teams教學

2022/07 Google 雲端空間使用將會有空間限制，需使用大量儲存空間，請由 Google 移到Microsoft 365 (包括Microsoft Teams) 使用，Microsoft OneDrive 有 1 TB 的雲端儲存空間。目前在學生資訊系統（校務行政管理系統）帳號(老師和學生)，會在 Microsoft 365 也開帳號。目前進度，這學期老師在學生資訊系統（校務行政管理系統）有課的資料都加 Microsoft Teams (除分組專題這類課程)。會把學生資訊系統（校務行政管理系統）的修課名單匯入到 Microsoft Teams。

本校個人帳戶（Gmail）雲端空間政策變更因應作法通知

各校因應Google Workspace 儲存空間政策異動作法 一、本校個人帳戶（Gmail）雲端空間： 本校提供之 Gmail，目前採用 Google Workspace for Education 服務，依現行 Google 政策，免費提供每一個 Gmail 帳戶無限量儲存空間，惟此政策將於 2022 年 7 月異動，屆時即全校所有使用者僅能使用 100 TB 儲存空間。 為維護校友使用權益及通訊所需，校友帳戶維持不變；因 Google 將不再無限量提供空間，為兼顧在校學生使用權益，校友帳戶空間將限縮至 1GB(包含 Gmail、雲端硬碟、相片等服務儲存空間)。 二、Google 雲端空間政策變更因應作法： 本校目前已規劃微軟 Office 365 雲端空間使用，校友亦可自行以本校 Gmail 申請 Office 365 帳戶（https://hackmd.io/@ntub-remote/H1ffSnxL8），目前規劃每位可用空間為1TB。 因應 Google 空間限縮，強烈建議使用者儘早下載 Google 資料（可參考 Google 說明：https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190），以避免屆時資料遺失之風險。 在校生、教師及同仁請清理空間用量並縮減至 20 GB 以下。

北商遠距教學環境 Google Meet 遠端即時授課(推薦): 使用說明 一般教育版會議人數上限 100 人， Teaching and Learning Upgrade 版(付費)會議人數上限 250 人 Google Meet使用教學：日曆排程、會議開啟、會議管理、分享螢幕 Zuvio 雲端即時互動系統(推薦)：使用說明 課程進行中，即時進行隨堂練習與測驗：學生在課程進行中登入 Zuvio 進行作答，亦可線上簽到或上課和同學互動。 問題答案立即收集，快速了解課堂狀況，學生作答完畢後，所有答案會即時傳送到老師的畫面中，老師可即時了解學生學習狀況。
