2.如何填寫申請表

a.需求項目選取其他，並填上 公告信件帳號申請

b.需求說明填上申請人名稱、校內EMAIL帳號
(申請整個單位、或是個人申請皆可)

核章後，請將紙本送至本中心承604。

3.作業時間

收到紙本後於1-2工作天內完成帳號開通，請留意EMAIL通知。
