(NIP 14) Rumunerating contributors work with tokens.
# Intro
Since we are a DAO with limited resources and tremendous goals, the DAO should remunerate its contributors with the DAO's token treasury.
At the moment, the DAO is in great need of developpers, but the members of the community have not raised their hands.
In consequence, the DAO needs to look for expertise outside its community to attract outside talents, the DAO will then needto make them an offer.
# Offer
1.1 The hourly rate will be 2000 NSFW+ tokens per hour or $200 usd worth of NSFW+ tokens per hour. The contributor will be paid with the lowest value of the two.
Ex: 2000 NSFW+ = $205 , the contributor will be paid with $200 worth of NSFW+
1.2: In order to avoid contributors lying about the hours they worked, the CTO will set the approximative work hour for each task.
EX: If one task is set to ten hours, the contributor will be paid for ten hours.
1.3: If the task took longer than the set up time due to legetimate reason and the contributors want to be paid in consequence, the CTO can offer up to 25% more than the original set up time. If the contributor want more than the additional 25%, the delegates will have to study the case, and it needs to be agreed by more than the majority for a compensation higher than 25%.
1.4:If a contributor or future contributor wants more than the 2000NSFW+/ hour or $200 /hour (Lowest value of the two), the CTO can negotiate an increase of 25%. For a higher increase, it needs to be approved by the majority of the delegates.
# Conclusion
To have a discussion with potential contributors that will speed up the delivery of features, a table of remuneration is necessary.
