A special antagonist may have either **limited** or **total** access to the Antagonist system.
## Special Antagonist Details
If a special antagonist has **limited** access, the limitations will be listed below.
Individuals with total access should only be considered if they request to do something high profile / shift derailing, such as taking Marauder.
## Character Restrictions
A special antagonist may be limited to exercising their rights only for a specific character. If this is the case, it will be listed.
