## Term of Engagement

## Funds requested

$969,000 USD

= 675ETH

15% volatility buffer (should it be more?)

= 776 ETH

## Payment Terms

1. $320K up front on receipt of funds (1/3 of funds)
2. $649K in a stream that will start on November 1 and will end on February 28th, 2023 (2/3 of funds over 4 months).

## Conversion of funds

Upon execution of the proposal, the Pod will immediately convert ETH to USDC to the amount of $969K

## Multisig Plan

1. Upon receipt of funds, signers will convert the ETH to $969K USDC.
2. $320,000 USDC will be sent to nounish's multisig.
3. A Sablier stream for $649,000 USDC will be set up to start on November 1, 2022 and will end on February 28th, 2023.
4. Leftover ETH will be sent to NounsDAO treasury.
5. NounsDAO will be added to the multisig as a signer.
6. Elad, Krel & Maty will remove themselves from the multisig.
