- Bi-weekly meetings

- Association registered in Finland
- Maybe something about what are our main goals? We are not so active as "job dispatchers" (compared e.g. to RSE UK which I think is more active in putting together job repositories), but we do focus a lot on creating a sense of belonging to a community, giving a platform for professional RSEs to share a space.

## CHALLENGE: What is one challenge you are facing/would like help with?
- Find time for members to contribute
- related: find support within our infrastructures (supportive bosses and colleagues, permissive structure) to allow us to find the time to do this
- Keeping the ball rolling, sustainable structure

## SUCCESS: What is one recent success you want to celebrate with the group?
- Nordic-RSE Conference in May ‘24
- Anecdotically, there are people who stumbled upon us online while being disillusioned with their identity in academia, and realized that being a RSE is possible, that we exist, and that jobs with this description are available. That is more or less what happened to me, but I heard another couple of people saying similar things.
