I am interested in topics such as MEV, proposer-builder separation, censorship-resistance and protocol economics. With my project I am looking to combine theoretical research with data-analysis thus providing practical insights and new perspectives for further research.

This week I have been reading materials from the [EPF Suggested Readings](https://github.com/eth-protocol-fellows/cohort-four/blob/master/program-guide/reading.md) and also looked into the proposed project ideas, and found several corresponding materials in the Robust Incentives Group's [site](https://efdn.notion.site/RIG-Open-Problems-ROPs-c11382c213f949a4b89927ef4e962adf).

- Reviewed RIG open problems and the related materials in each topic,
- Reviewed corresponding projects from EPF/cohort three (ETH Monitor, Holon, MEV in Open Games, Reducing trust in relay, Staking pool attestation analysis, Improving censorship resistance),
- Checking available on-chain data: MEV boost, mempool, relay data, censorship resistance and validator metrics (ROP-5)
- Going through MEV-related articles on [Ethereum Research](https://ethresear.ch).

I am continuing to narrow down my research topic by assessing the impact on the current problems and matching their actual state with available data.
