Notice was given to all participants the week prior to the meeting, including zoom link and timing information. NMSAAM hosted the meeting, using their zoom subscription.

As this is an informal working group, official minutes of the last meeting were not provided. Notes from the last meeting, included in an annotated agenda, was provided with the meeting notice.

Participants began discussing the business of the meeting at approximately 3:12pm
