- @bburdette doesn’t really know how to apply the requested change so didn’t do it

- needs more tests
- local system rebuilds working

## Don’t hadcode uids/gids in the installer

- Needs a reviewer
- Who should be owning the installer?
- Nobody’s really handling that right now
- Graham used to work on it, but he’s kinda busy
- [tomberek] might take care of it, but not a high priority (time depending)

## Improved location reporting

- Will be merged after the debugger PR
