## Topic
In the preliminary study the two fields IPv6 and climate organisations were introduced. In this study we want to answer the following question:
* Which market-product mix and marketing strategy is the most efficient in terms of revenue and gain?
Using the results of the first study as a basis, in this study the market should be tested with real products, real customers and real-world constraints.
To achieve this the student is given a list of products and the objective is to launch a combined sales/marketing campaign with the objective to maximise the gain ("win").
Sub tasks to be done:
1. Setting up the base (5%)
* Define list of products
* Calculate gain/win for products (where not known)
2. Defining the target market (10%)
* What are the possible customers?
* Where do we find them?
* How do we reach out to them?
* Is direct sales or indirect sales via marketing the best approach? Why? (numbers required)
* Use in
3. Defining the marketing and sales strategy (10%)
* Use input from the ungleich team about existing strategies (2%)
* Define your own strategies and operations (-> ouput is a market/product table, fields containing selected methods) (8%)
5. Testing the market (65%)
* Test how many potential customers react to which strategy
* Review failing and successful strategies
* Take the input to enhance previously defined strategies
* Document influencing factors
6. Summary (10%)
* Sumarise the findings, lessons learned
* Point out which marketing-product-mix and sales/marketing strategy is best and why
* Document recommendations for future marketing/sales campaigns
