- 運作機制
- 提案從點子發想、討論，到 Working Group 或是正式提案，以及最終投票決定的過程
- 是否有另外的獨立 Council 有最終決定權或否決權，或用來處理緊急事件
- 列舉一至兩個發生過的提案的經過（不管成功或失敗）
- 其優缺點
- 產出一篇文章和社群分享（會發佈至 TEM Medium）
