# General Betting Rules and Regulations
## 1.1.Overview
1.1.1 All betting information is provided in good faith. Moreover, the Company does not warrant and is not liable for any error or omission in relation to the dates, times, locations, competitors, odds, results, statistics, jersey or team uniform (including those displayed during Live Streaming) or other betting information. The Company reserves the right to correct any obvious error and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that markets, which are defined as different Bet Types offered for a particular sporting event, are administered with integrity and transparency. The Company reserves the right to make final decisions.

1.1.2 If an organized athletic contest or activity between two teams or individuals begins before the scheduled time, only bets placed prior to the start of that event (other than designated live bets or “Live Betting”) shall be considered valid. Moreover, the Company reserves the right to cancel all bets (other than designated live bets or “Live Betting”) placed after the actual start time if the betting board is not closed or suspended at the correct time.

1.1.3 The Company reserves the right to decide which translation shall govern if there is any inconsistency between the different languages used for events or teams on the website.

1.1.4 It is the customer’s responsibility at all times to know the event score and all relevant event information. The customer is advised to check the status of the event before placing a bet.

1.1.5 The Company reserves the right to modify these rules at any time and for any reason. Any such modification shall be binding and effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

1.1.6 The customer acknowledges that the current scores, time elapsed, and other information provided on the website, although provided as “live” feed by a third party, is subject to latency and/or possible inaccuracy and that any bets placed based on the foregoing is entirely at customer’s own risk. The data are made available to the customer on “as-is” basis and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of said information and, as such, shall not be liable for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of his reliance thereon.

1.1.7 The Company may cancel bets ~~or void a bet or suspend user accounts~~ at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- The bet details are incomplete or erroneous;
- The bet placed is in excess of the limits allowed by the rules;
- The bet has been placed in contravention of the rules;
- Human errors in typing or transmission resulting to the use of an incorrect gaming data or odds;
- If and when there appears to be an abnormal or irregular use of the gaming platform, or there appears to have an excessively high number of losses or winnings.

1.1.8 The Company reserves the right to suspend a game or specific product in order to correct any obvious errors and to maintain the integrity and fairness of said game.

1.1.9 Once a bet is confirmed by the Company, the bet can no longer be amended or cancelled by the customer.

1.1.10 If a customer has any doubt or suspects that something is wrong with the system, the customer is advised to stop playing and coordinate with the Company’s Customer Service department. If the customer continues to play, the customer accepts responsibility for the outcome of his bets and the Company has the sole discretion whether or not to address the issue.

1.1.11 Where a live event or a game begins and bets were made while the event is running and if for any reason the stream is disconnected, regardless of the cause of such disconnection, or the stream freezes or crashes, any and all bets taken will still stand and be settled when the event has been completed and when the result is known. This general rule shall not apply in cases where a game or a product has a specific rule on disconnection in which case, the specific rule shall apply and the result based on the specific rule shall be binding upon the customer.

1.1.12 The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or close a customer’s account at any time if there is reason to suspect that the customer:
(i) violated any rules and regulations; or
(ii) attempted or successfully cheated, hacked, attacked, manipulated or damaged the normal betting procedure; or
(iii) attempted or engaged in money laundering or other illegal activity; or
(iv) is below the legal age to engage in gambling as defined by laws applicable to the customer by reason of his actual location, national law, or permanent residence.

1.1.13 The Company reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for its existing products and products to be offered in the future.

1.1.14 The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if it has evidence that the prices or the pool has been manipulated or where a race, event or match has been rigged. The above evidence may be based on the size, volume, or pattern of bets placed across any or all of our betting channels. If there is any dispute over the interpretation of these rules, the Company’s interpretation shall prevail.

1.1.17 The software is provided on an “as is” basis and the Company makes no representations, warranties, or undertakings of any kind concerning its safety, suitability, or lack of viruses, inaccuracies, typographical errors, or other harmful components. Moreover, the Company makes no representations, warranties, or undertakings whatsoever as to the merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the software, that the software meets the requirements of the customer, or that the use of the software does not infringe any rights.

1.1.18 While the Company undertakes that it will act with reasonable care, the Company makes no warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in the software will be corrected, or that the software or the servers are virus-free.

1.1.19 The Company is not liable for all costs, expenses, losses or claims arising or resulting from communications or system errors in connection with the settlement of accounts. The Company reserves the right to take any appropriate action to correct such errors, including the removal of all relevant games from the software.

1.1.20 In placing bets and using the software, the customer acknowledges that the Company has no control as to how the customer will use the software. Moreover, the customer places his bets and use the software at his own risk, and the company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages or losses of any kind.

1.1.21 The customer is prohibited from disclosing any confidential information belonging to the Company or the software provider which may be included in the software.

1.1.22 The customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and exclusively for the purpose of playing the games and placing bets.

1.1.23 The customer is prohibited from:
- Install or load the software onto a server of another device, or take steps to make the software available online to any other person;
- Sub-licensing, assign, lease, loan, transfer, copy or distribute copies of the software;
- Decode, reverse engineer, disassemble, translate, decompile, modify, create derivative works based on the software, any part of it or any copy, adaptation, transcription or merged portion of the software; convert the software or any part of it or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software;
- Remove any copyright, proprietary or similar notices from the software provider; and
- Enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass the Company’s security system or interfere in any way with the software, games and website.

1.1.24 The use of software does not give the customer ownership of any intellectual property rights in the software.

1.1.25 These general rules apply to all games and products that are available in this website. In case of conflict between these general rules and the specific rules for particular games or products, the specific rules will, at the Company’s sole discretion, govern as regards those games or products.
