## Pre spring clean
- Check availability of maintainers
- Clean up #maintainers to only include people who want to be involved
- Poll + deadline
- Prepare/schedule meeting(s)
- Propose dates/times. 3:00 PM?

- Standardise metadata tags formatting
- Clean up old subworkflows to match current guidelines
2. nf-core/configs repo cleanup
- Stale issues(?)
- Stale branches
- Stale PRs
3. nf-core/documentation
- Reviewing for DSL1 reference (e.g., tutorials)
- Update references latest version of Nextflow(?)
- Reference old Nextflow version for DSL1
- Checking tutorials works (installation, development etc.)
- Update links to Nextflow trainings

4. Core Team Tasks
- Archiving pipelines?
- Cleaning up slack/github groups
- Updating website with maintainers infer
- Clean up old/stale slack channels
5. Hackathon preparation
- Prepare project board (tools, documentation...)

- Check tags: all pipeline should have _useful_ tags (whatever that means...)
- Check all nf-core pipelines are on nf-co.re
