Core Team Tasks - Archiving pipelines? - Cleaning up slack/github groups - Updating website with maintainers infer - Clean up old/stale slack channels 5. Hackathon preparation - Prepare project board (tools, documentation...) 6. nf-core/pipelines - Check tags: all pipeline should have _useful_ tags (whatever that means...) - Check all nf-core pipelines are on nf-co.re Backup: Pipelines - Branches? - Issues - PRs - Clean up project boards ## Post spring clean - Bytesize to summarise - Review what worked well and what didn't to improve for next time ## Next time: Include principal pipeline devs, so they can reserve time for TLC of their pipelines + their project boards
