Fellows Yates) agreed to taxprofiler as well :) - nf-core/sarek (Friederike) - nf-core/ampliseq (Daniel Straub Uni Tübingen) - nf-core/pgdb (Yasset Perez-Riverol ypriverol@gmail.com) - nf-core/hicar (JIANHONG OU, github.com/jianhong) - nf-core/rnafusion (Annick Renevey or Maxime?) - nf-co.re/fetchngs (@Moritz E. Beber) - nf-core/scrnaseq (Alex Pelzer) - nf-core/nanoseq (@YukKei Wan) - nf-core/nascent (Edmund Miller @emiller88) - nf-core/circdna (Daniel Schreyer daniel-schreyer@web.de, DSchreyer - Overview) - nf-core/isoseq (Sébastien Guizard sguizard@ed.ac.uk) - nf-core/bacass (Alex may take some time) - nf-core/airrflow (Gisela Gabernet) - nf-core/smrnaseq (someone in the group of Lorena Pantano lpantano@iscb.org) ### Information given to developers 1. Start by showing the quickstart page on the nf-core website, for example https://nf-co.re/rnaseq/3.8.1 2. We would ask you to run the pipeline locally on the terminal using the pipelines’ test dataset and if possible with conda and docker. This should not be done using the -profile test flag, since we would like to see the parameters you chose 3. during the setup of the run: elaborate on the contents of the samplesheet 4. during the setup of the run: elaborate on the pipeline parameters The style we imagined the video to be would be like the bytesize talk on how to run pipelines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvtCc855Vek For the recording we suggest you use OBS (which you can do on your own), or, alternatively we can schedule a zoom meeting, where I would record the zoom stream. Either way, we can do some final touches to the videos, like clipping off beginnings and ends, adding a title page etc. so the raw recording would be fine with us. Finally, if you would like us to link to a specific publication or any other information in the video description, let us know :)! #### To Do - [ ] Get in touch again to know what's the progress on the planning/recording - [X] James said he's planning to do it on Nov 9th - [ ] . - [ ] Create a new YouTube Playlist and add the recordings there - [ ] Add the demo video to the specific pipeline page ## Transcripts - [ ] Generate transcripts for the videos - [ ] Review the transcripts - [ ] Translate reviewed transcripts - [ ] Contact potential reviewers for the Google-translated transcripts _this is an experiment to find best practices and guidelines so that we can maybe expand this to anyone who wants to contribute_ - [X] Maxime (French) :heavy_check_mark: - [X] Marcel (Portuguese) :heavy_check_mark: - [X] Gisela (Spanish) :heavy_check_mark: - [X] Abhinav (Hindi) - [X] Yuk Kei (Chinese Mandarin) :x: (Doesn't feel confident with written Mandarin) ## Notes <!-- Other important details discussed during the meeting can be entered here. -->
