Prioritise:

- First priotity: technical things: pipeline integration (e.g. primary vs secondary)
- Open meeting:
- With all pipeline devs, make some decisions for streamling linking
- Mini hackathon to add samplesheets
- Mini hackathon to document tutorials on how to link different pipelines
- How to guide people to to right place: 'how to I use nf-core for my research'
- Showcase day:
- Intro to metagenomics in nf-core
- Round-robin presentations of all pipelines (15m?)
- Split into tutorial rooms, where poeple can get mini workshop with dev on gitpod on one or two
- Final: office hours for seeting up nf-core configs on infrastructure (lots of nf-core experts)
- Benefits:
- Generate commmon material to run pipeline
- Motivate generation: common material how to understand output

Timeline:

- September: Bytesize
- October: first open meeting (with all pipeline devs)
- Whos interested?
- Who would be willing to do a showcase talk and workshop
- Who would be willing to act as a PoC
- November/December: mini-hackathons for samplesheet coordination and documetnation
- Q1 (sometime): meta-omics in nf-core showcase

Informal mentorship

- If volunteer, assign a 'point of contact'
- Have a list of people (experts), to help with orientating people in nf-core
