**Franziska**
* Huge effort making bytesize transcripts
* All transcripts are made
* Many still waiting for review
* No urgency - let's push back to hackathon as they are a good issue for someone who would like an easier issue to start with.
* Passive reviews until hackathon

* No progress on How-To
* Added playlists to YouTube
* Works well :fireworks: and will continue adding to lists to make more findable.

**Chris**
* Training
* Registrations have already topped 500 (in less than 2 weeks!)
* ~87.5% English
* ~5% French
* ~5% Spanish
* ~2.5% Portuguese
* ~0.1% Hindi?
* Material has been moved to nextflow away from Seqera
* Now community based
* Lots of fixes underway... requires moderation
* Schedule nearing completion
* 3 days of normal content
* 1 day of nf-core content
* There is no one webpage
* Chris is making a summary/script
* Will be sharable soon
* Recording starting very soon!
* Archive/private old versions?
* Phil?
* Hackathon
* Registration is open
* 110 registered so far
* 1/3 online only the rest at sites
* ~15 sites
* Chris has been in contact with a few other last minute.
* Priority is making the schedule public
* Rolling 24 hour schedule
* Less "syncs"/"check-in"
* Chris has stickers and can send out to sites
* Chris will post numbers on group page weekly and as requsted

**Marcel**
* Hackathon
* Primary contact in Natal
* A satellite for another event
* May delay registration?
* Spent a lot of time working on training material
* Proof of concept for translations

**Translating docs**
* Meeting with Batool and Murray last week
* Sentiment is to have pipeline docs in another language

* Marcel has been in contact with potential translators already.
