### Working env
- [color=teal] Nice working office and workstation, all gears provided, can have extra monitos to wfh if needed

### Working culture
- [color=orange] We seems to hire many fresher and junior and expect them to take more responsibilities and grow (by letting them doing development on major parts of the project), this is a great learning opportunity for them and everyone is so proactive and quick to learn but this is not always a good thing since lacking experience can leads to major hidden bugs and underestimated timeline.

> [color=teal] Good working spirit, everyone supports each others and willing to take more responsibilities.

## About projects

### FlexDK

> [color=red] [General] Underestimated project with very vague specifications and architecture design. Both us and the client does not seems to make up our minds on what and how we want this project to be done, which leads to lots of time wasted on clarification and confirmations.

> [color=orange] [Architect] Design with micro-service but did not foresee the pros/cons of it so we ended up changing the design many times.

> [color=orange] [Management] Hard to manage this since we got the estimation wrong from the begining.

## About tech stack, tools, process

- [color=orange] Company use toolkit to manage all the documents, this is strictly specific for the company and will take time to learn and hard to migrate from another stack

- [color=orange] Architecture design is rather old and outdated.

## Suggestion update JD
- Need to specify Netcompany is an outsourcing company.
- There is no NodeJS project, so please remove it from the JD.

> A large part of our projects uses technologies like AngularJS, gulp, Sass, React and node.js on Java and .NET.

=> The company main techical stacks are ReactJS, Angular, VueJS with .NET and Java on Azure Cloud Services.

=> This is personal opinion, but I do not think we can say we have `some of the most skilled consultants in Vietnam` or we are working `some of the largest, most complex and technically innovative IT programmes and projects for some of the most prestigious organizations in the world.` Big words like this tend to backfire and give bad impression :D
