### Wrap-up (allow 7-10min)
## Minutes and Priorities for the coming week(s)
Here's a quick summary of the conversation. Only including key takeaways here. Big thank you to Nicole  for capturing the minutes: you can read them here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y2yl_iSk3p5mF0FaP7zA6w3a3ZTSkGVzb0aRcTSJIbM/edit
RealCommsUpdate:
- Feels good to broaden the team. Also lean into the meme-strategy (some kind of salon for NH?)
- Website/Gitbook more-or-less ready for rollout.
- Slight nervousness/excitement ahead of SM rollout.
- Expanding comms to allow other team members to talk externally about NH
Corp Structure/ICO/Fundraise:
- Identified BVI as jurisdiction
- Waiting on some clarity of SC-NH relationship
- Holding company to be setup (eventually non profit) that will steer direction of NH (please reach out if you have thoughts on what governance should look like)
- Early conversations with investors landing well - quite a few Dweb people get this. Crypto momentum building as well.
Conversations with AD4M:
- Sync with Nico and Moritz yesterday. AD4M could play a role in the NH shared registry (i.e. shared cultural lens of an NH), which could be the dashboard for all NH's.
- AD4M could also drive interoperability in widgets in the marketplace
Big discussion topics today: SC and NH Relationship, And NH Credit design (Both were inter-related, so we went at it together). Only conclusions mentioned here. Please refer to minutes for more:\
On NH Credits: Each credit is specifically pegged against 'x' human hours of dev-skills. This will hopefully enable a flow of low-cost, efficient generic tools. This, along with the Cultural computer allows communities/Neighbourhoods to create specific currencies for their own use-cases. Of course, they are free to use NH Credits for their internal purposes if they want to.
We felt this is in line with NH philosophy, where you want to impose the most minimal cultural landscape onto individual communities.
It will be important to develop some sort of governance around the production of widgets. Individual neighbourhoods may have a weigh-in for eg, on how widgets are monetised, reputation systems for devs etc.
On SC-NH: Comparison made to Holo-Holochain relationship, where SC plays the role of Holochain, and NH similar to Holo since NH is activating a marketplace. \
Is the SC name relevant as NH grows in adoption? In the interest of coherence, the group unanimously feels we should use NH as the container for everything: the marketplace as well as cultural computer. (@pospi to raise concern if this doesn't fit well. This also means resources like GitHub etc would use the NH naming). \
\
We may use the SC name over the next few months in the lead up to ICO to translate SC's social capital, but in the long-run it should be phased out. (Insert sad emoji). At the legal level, we will figure out who owns IP/license, if any.
\
Good discussions also about 'to open source, or not to open source'. Overall the group feels 'open source is the eventual destination, but we may 'black-box' things initially because it is the smarter way to go in agent-centric environments'. (For eg, Holofuel will be closely guarded initially to prevent unintentional issues that are likely to crop up if code is opened out and forked without context - Sid can elaborate more on this). \
In any case, if a community wants to use NH's cultural computers, but not the widgets, we would welcome such use-cases. Also, people are unlikely to compete with NH in the early days by forking the network.
